KESCO is visiting Kosovar businesses all over the country
KESCO has started meetings with Kosovar businesses in every settlement across our country's industries and medium and small businesses. The Customer Care Department has visited more than 20 different businesses and will continue meeting with business owners in the coming days.
These meetings aim to know the demands and needs of business customers in Kosovo regarding KESCO, as a supplier of universal electricity service.
Also, the company aims to improve every service for our customers, whether for residential or commercial customers.
Considering the important role that businesses have in the economic development of the country, KESCO is committed to treating businesses with high priority, offering them qualitative and sustainable electricity services.
KESCO has already created special lines for business customers to perform all the procedures they need without waiting in line. A special line with two customer care analysts is at the new KESCO Premium Center point. Refki Hoxha, owner of the company "Renelual Tahiri, in Prizren, said they are satisfied with KESCO's services.
"We are satisfied with KESCO. Especially when they notify us a day in advance if there will be planned works in our area", he said.
Also, the owner of the "Frutex" factory in Suharekë, Shaqir Palushi, has said that KESCO's notices about network works carried out by KEDS are necessary for businesses to plan production.
