A strong woman near hundreds of thousands of customers
Her day always starts with many meetings. All this is so that consumers are offered the attention they deserve in relation to the services that KESCO offers. Rudina Heroi - Puka, Director of the Department for Customer Services, Tariffs, and Regulatory Affairs, her weak point numbers, while her strong point is effective communication, visionary thinking, kindness, and positivity that she never leaves aside.
Graduated in Entrepreneurship in Slovenia with and Master's in Management, Rudina was a member and leader of various projects within SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise), the branch of Gea College in Slovenia, and participated in SIFE International Competitions as a representative of Slovenia.
Rudina has exceptional expertise in tariff matters, which clearly positions her in the current position. Her work in customer service is not only a contractual responsibility, it is also a moral one, especially when you have close to 700,000 customers in front of you.
"Being first in this department means a human-centered approach, be it the customer, the worker, or our external partner."
It builds trust and motivates workers, correctly understanding everyone's capacities, which are used maximally for the common good.
Her always positive approach to customers and the employees of the department she leads has created a positive working environment because when everyone uses their unique skills, it is impossible not to create a holistic approach to solving all requirements within the framework of legal regulations.
"Weaving the department, as such, is as challenging as it is fulfilling."
The work fulfills the routine, despite the challenges that may come before it. As a woman, she is also committed to strengthening her role in the company, as well as in society.
She qualifies the signing of the 7 Principles of UN Women for the empowerment of women in the company as one of the steps that the company has taken in strengthening the role of women in society and the company.
"Being a woman myself, my role is very important not only in leading the department, but in promoting the role of a powerful woman in the company and in society."
This was also the reason that she is the co-founder of the WEM (Women in Energy and Mining) initiative, through which successful women in the energy sector promote and strengthen the position of women in the energy sector.
Since 2013, when she started working in the energy sector, Rudina willingly shows the projects that have been implemented for the benefit of consumers: eKESCO application, chatbot or virtual assistant, digitization of many services, and Call Center, which works 24\7 with high standards, care management in each district and finally the opening of the counter dedicated to commercial customers.
Achieving the goals would hardly be feasible if there were not enthusiastic people around her who have the customer as their goal and communication as a tool.
