KESCO Turns the Bill into a Call for Care and Awareness
“A bill that doesn’t come from KESCO, but one you should pay.”
With this message, KESCO marks October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, turning the electricity bill into a reminder to take care of our health.
This month’s bill comes with a different message. Through it, KESCO aims to encourage every woman to take care of her health, stay informed, and not postpone the check-ups and examinations recommended by healthcare professionals.
The idea of bringing this message through the bill comes from the desire to make awareness part of our everyday lives. A document we usually associate with a payment now reminds us of another kind of responsibility — the responsibility we have towards ourselves and our health.
As part of this campaign, bills in this format will be displayed in large format across KESCO’s 7 districts in Kosovo, while smaller versions will also be distributed physically, with the aim of reaching as many citizens as possible.
For KESCO, social responsibility is also an opportunity to use communication and our presence in the community to support issues that matter to society. Through this campaign, we aim to contribute to raising awareness about breast cancer and to share a simple message with every woman: take care of yourself and don’t postpone your check-up.
A small step today, a big difference tomorrow.
