Customer - The King
In the monarchy the King is an individual who leads the state and the fulfillment of his demands and desires is important, for the people to live without the fear that the King may be tough. By customer, we mean an individual or group of people who are interested and consume the product or service that we as businesses offer.
For us as a company, the customer is the "King". If the customer is satisfied with what we offer and how we offer it, then we will be calm and confident about the future of our company, because our "King" is satisfied and will be continuously contributing to our business. For example, Basic Marketing Definitions say this:
• First marketing principle "Satisfying the needs of customers as fully as possible";
• Marketing concept: “Contains the position of the company in determining the program of production and services, in order to better, in time and space, to meet the needs of customers at acceptable prices and at the same time to make a profit for themselves”;
• Achieving objectives means: "The belief that the firm's objectives can be achieved through meeting customer requirements."
Why do we exist as a company? It must be clear to us that we firsly exist for the customer, and then we manage to earn income as a result. This also shows the importance he has for us. Our attitude towards the customer is essential for the success or failure of the company and the business we develop.
We, as a electricity supply company, have full responsibility for how we treat our customer. At first, we must ensure a regular and quality supply of energy, regular and accurate billing, permanent communication with the customer by phone, e-mail address, through various applications, as well as through direct communication. All this communication should be performed in maximum respect for the customer, taking care of the language, tone, tolerance, clarity in the explanations, as well as the right result at the end of the communication.
This way of communication will serve us to provide and offer information in relation to the customer. We need to inform them regularly and accurately about the energy supply, about the opportunities we offer regarding the use of energy in periods of time when it is cheaper, about the possibility of submitting requests and complaints about the problems they face.
Also, we need to get permanent information about the satisfaction and dissatisfactions that the customer experiences, and based on them make corrections or advancements to this relationship that we have with him. The effectiveness and speed of avoiding problems (breakdowns) or power outages in the distribution network, should be at the highest level possible, so that the consumer, "King" does not feel the lack of electricity.
Any thanks or congratulations that we receive from the customer being satisfied with us, will be a strong pillar of the positive business of the company. As a result of the above communication, we must also provide accurate and timely responses to all requests and complaints.
All of these are legal but also ethical obligations, while its culmination is that their implementation will ensure that our customer will be satisfied with what we offer and this will be reflected in the present and future success of the company. This positive and ever-improving business of the company, will provide us, who are part of it, a job security and a dignified income to enjoy a better and happier life. In other words, our success and failure as a business, depends on how much we will achieve that our "Customer - King" is satisfied with what we offer. I wish we achieve bigger and bigger customer satisfaction.
